President Trump’s campaign is considering using digital micro-targeting to reach African Americans, suburban women and Hispanics – three key demographic groups that Trump and Republicans have struggled with in recent elections, a report on Wednesday said.

It plans to push the “strong economy and historic low unemployment” message for all demographics, and focus on specific issues to appeal to the other groups, .

Officials will emphasize the president’s support for school choice and “expanding educational opportunities” among Hispanics.

For African American voters, the campaign is weighing concentrating on Trump’s signing criminal reform legislation.

Trump has already used the issue to attack former Vice President Joe Biden who supported the 1994 crime bill that led to the mass incarceration of blacks.

With suburban women, who came out heavily for Democratic candidates in the 2018 midterm elections, the campaign officials have discussed playing up the president’s support for dedicating $500 million over the next 10 years to childhood cancer research and therapies.

They also believe the administration’s “energy revolution” that has kept fuel prices low and created jobs is a winning strategy to tout.
